RETURN OR REFUND

Little Waist provides a “Products Return Guarantee” for perishable goods, excluding the "Non-Returnable Products" specified below, so you can shop with confidence.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products immediately to check if they are damaged, incorrect, or missing any items. If the products are damaged or incorrect, customers are advised to reject the delivery directly to the dispatcher on site, and keep the order confirmation evidence for record.

Products Eligible for Exchange / Return

If the products delivered are incorrect, damaged, missing, expired, or defective, Please contact us through the email website.fortune9@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the products. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

The 72-hour period will be counted from the date and time the delivery is confirmed as received by the customer.

Process:

  1. Provide in email:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photo(s) showing the issue with the product and packaging
    • Please include ‘Little Waist Return Request’ in the subject line of your email to ensure faster processing
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Please return the products together with a printed copy of the confirmation email.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will arrange to send a replacement product without any additional shipping costs OR a refund in the system. Generally, your payment will be returned to your original payment account within 10-15 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

Refunds or exchange services are not applicable to the following situations or products:

  • Products reported more than 72 hours after delivery
  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery
  • Product packaging that is not intact (e.g., seal broken, box torn) due to customer’s handling
  • Any free gifts or promotional items
  • Products without a valid order record

Special Notes

  • If the returned product included any promotional gifts or bundle items, these must be returned together; otherwise, the refund will not be processed.
  • All return requests will be assessed according to this Refund Policy, the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore, and CASE guidelines for perishable goods.
  • Little Waist reserves the right of final decision in determining eligibility for exchange or refund, and in resolving any disputes relating to this Refund Policy.
